New Patient Consultation
- An appointment for a consultation with Dr. Starr provides you an opportunity to discuss in depth your desires and answer your questions about surgery. Computer imaging is available to give you a personalized "before and after" image.
Appointment Policies
- Due to the demand for our services, we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
- A credit card is required to secure your appointment.
- 24-hour cancellation notice is required to avoid charges.
- No-shows and less than 24-hour notice of cancellation will be charged the full fee for all scheduled treatments.
Same Day Surgery
- Same day surgery is performed at the Hermosa Street Surgery Center located adjacent to our office.
