The nursing staff is specialized in plastic surgery and is able to provide individualized patient care. The office staff is accessible, efficient and knowledgeable. The total office environment is committed to your special needs as a cosmetic patient from the initial consult to post-operative care.

Erin – Licensed Skin Care Therapist Erin offers custom clinical skin treatments design to promote and enhance the skin’s natural regeneration process, addressing conditions including: acne, premature aging, hyper-pigmentation, rosacea, eczema, psorasis, and pre/post op. Treatments are designed to target the face, neck, chest, back arms, and hands.
Cathy- Registered Nurse, Family Nurse Practioner, Laser Specialist Cathy can rejuvenate your skin using laser technology that successfully treats sun damage and aging skin on the neck, décoletté area, arms, legs, and abdomen. In addition to laser rejuvenation, Cathy offers hair removal and vein therapy.
Ricki – Registered Nurse As an experienced Botox and dermal filler injector, Ricki can smooth your facial lines and creases with great care and an artistic perspective. She is also available to discuss your cosmetic surgical concerns or desires.

New Patient Consultation

An appointment for a consultation with Dr. Starr provides you an opportunity to discuss in depth your desires and answer your questions about surgery. Computer imaging is available to give you a personalized “before and after” image.

Due to the demand for our services, we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

• A credit card is required to secure your appointment.
• 24-hour cancellation notice is required to avoid charges.
• No-shows and less than 24-hour notice of cancellation will be charged the full fee for all scheduled treatments.
• We take checks, cash, all credit cards, and outside financing.

Same Day Surgery

Same day surgery is performed at the Hermosa Street Surgery Center located adjacent to our office.
