Payment Plans & Options
Payment for our cosmetic surgery and cosmetic dermatology procedures are due in advance. Payment for injectables is due the day of treatment.
We provide a number of payment options which may be used individually or combined according to your wishes.
- Cash or Check: Personal check, cashier’s check, or cash.
- Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.
Patient Payment Plans:
We offer a number of patient financing options. Before you apply for financing, talk to one of our Patient Care Coordinators. You want to be sure you are applying to the company that will best meet your individual needs. They can help you with the pre-screening process that will not affect your credit but guide you to your best option.
We offer No Interest (same as cash) payment plans for up to 18 months. We also offer extended payment plans for 24, 36, 48 or 60 months with varying rates of interest depending upon your credit history.
- Chase Health Advance: Patients can apply for surgical financing up to $12,000. Their plans range anywhere from 12 months “same as cash” up to as long as 48 months with interest. Chase’s fixed interest rates range from 9.99% to 27.99% depending on the credit history of the applicant. Click here to apply online.

CareCredit offers interest-free loan options starting as low as $300 for 3, 6, or 12 months to qualified applicants. They have payment plans available for 24, 36, 48 and 60 months. They offer up to $25,000 in financing.
